Born in Biella in 1961, he attended the hotel institute G. Pastore di Varallo. At the age of 17 he is responsible for the second match at Madonna di Campiglio. In ’85 in Casale Monferrato came into contact with the novelle cuisine since then he works as head chef. He arrives at Alagna, Valsesia in 2009, where he promotes a cuisine based on local products, but always with imagination. «My dishes», he says, «are made with head and belly, they are not saucers but not even flat, they are the right compromise to get up satisfied and light.»
